As an associate at the firm, I have integral roles in all areas of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. I’ve been involved in numerous breach of contract cases, employment agreement disputes as well as a significant legal malpractice case involving patents and patent infringement. I bring the same energy, optimism, and enthusiasm to everything I do, whether it’s drafting and filing complaints, researching a developing area of law or strategizing with the team. I am dedicated to mastering the skills that make a Chapman Spingola litigator successful in and out of the courtroom.
Prior to joining the firm, I worked at a boutique firm specializing in product liability and toxic tort defense. I earned my Juris Doctor at the George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C. and I earned my Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
