My practice centers on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. In each case, I provide essential support by researching, drafting, and strategizing with other Chapman Spingola attorneys in pursuit of the best outcomes for our clients.
Before joining Chapman Spingola as an associate, I worked as a judicial law clerk for Magistrate Judge Veronica L. Duffy in the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota. In this two-year clerkship, I assisted Judge Duffy in writing opinions on a variety of pre-trial issues, including complicated discovery disputes and referred dispositive motions. This experience on the other side of the bench informs my litigation practice today and, along with the rest of my skills and experience, helps deliver effective solutions to our clients’ litigation needs.
